Sourdough Making
 


Join this 4 hour class which includes all bread ingredients. Learn about sourdough culture, kneading and forming the dough from tutor Janz Staub who is a baker & patisserie chef from Switzerland. You will learn to produce bread with a variety of flavours and textures and be provided with a light lunch as well as a loaf to take home. Three different dates to choose from.
