Health and safety will be a priority. Saturday will be hands on experience: inspect and manipulate a hive, extract and store honey and cover industy information including maketing and food safety. Bring & wear: lunch, notebook, pen, gumboots & rubber bands, straw hat, strong PVC gloves/gauntlets, loose cotton, long sleeve shirt and pants - NO WOOL.
