Food Safety Supervisor's Certificate
 


The unit is based around HACCP system and fulfills the legislative requirements for your business. Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures is a prerequisite. You will complete a safety plan on line or complete written assessments. The on line plan can be submitted to council and templates used immediately in your daily business.
 
Duration 1 session + safety plan Dates Monday July 26 and follow up
 
Time 6pm - 9pm
